Photo Booth Hire Kent – Fancy Fool – Terms and Conditions
It will be your responsibility to make sure that the venue for your event has the space required, and allows a photo booth hire kent on its premises. We will arrive at least 1 hr before the event to set up. The agreed hire time is the actual usage time at the venue. If you require extra time, this will be at our discretion and may incur an additional charge. The hirer of the photo booth hire kent, will be responsible for any damage caused by their guests, and will be charged for the repairs. We reserve the right to close and pack up early if guests become abusive or disorderly, without refund of time due. Equipment failure will only result pro-rata refund. We reserve the right to use any pictures taken in our photo booth hire for marketing purposes, unless otherwise instructed at the time of each photo taken.
A £100 deposit secures your date photo booth hire kent, and is payable at the time of your photo booth hire booking. You will then receive a letter of confirmation of your photo booth hire. The remainder will become payable within 14 days of the event. A reminder will be sent to you when this becomes due. If it is a last minute booking then the entire amount will be due at the time of the photo booth hire booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, or paypal, we will send you an email confirmation of your booking.
